How do I order?
Orders can be placed by calling our Customer Service Department on 0208 345 6999. Our staff are thoroughly trained in all aspects of our equipment and will be delighted to assist and advise you. On acceptance of our quotation, we will require a faxed confirmation and payment before delivery. Applications for a 30-day credit account will be considered but the company reserves the right to refuse any application on the outcome of Credit Reference checks. All applications will then be updated and credit limits will be reviewed every year.
What is the hire period?
All prices are for a standard 1-3day hire period (one day for delivery, one days use & one day for collection) and are subject to VAT. Weekend functions are delivered Friday, collected Monday and are charged at the 1-3 day rate.
Can I hire for a longer period?
Extra days are charged at 20% extra per day. For longer than 1 week, prices will be quoted on request.
How much is delivery?
We offer competitive quotations for deliveries nationwide. Please call our sales office on 020 8345 6999 for a quote for your function.
Delivery & collection terms
Our deliveries and collections will be made to and from a single ground floor point unless pre arranged which will be subject to additional charge. Our Standard Delivery and Collection cost includes delivery Monday-Friday at a time convenient for ourselves. Should your delivery or collection fall outside of these terms, an additional charge may be incurred.
Do I need to wash the equipment before it's collected?
It's up to you. Catering items (i.e. knives & forks, plates, glasses etc) returned dirty will be subject to a 20% cleaning charge. However if the glassware has been emptied and rinsed, the cutlery rinsed and the plates scraped and rinsed, no cleaning charge will raised.
What if I have a problem after delivery?
We operate a 24 hour telephone number for emergency use. This is only to be used if you have a problem with an existing order and as such all other calls must be directed through our sales office on 020 0345 6999 during office hours.
